Sync performance of our ICU Rounding App was so unexpectedly high, we decided to do a small tech demo of a multiplayer game in full 3D, to stress test our sync solution.
Developed 100% in Swift using Apple's SceneKit, it runs on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

full 3D physics runs distributed on the clients, synced by server
everything in scene is live: AI drones, guided missiles and hundreds of asteroids that split in half after collision or taking damage
uses same communication as our ICU app, with no extra network optimization to really test our solution
plays very well even if servers are 5,000 miles away…
